Production Time
Production time is 5-7 business days.
The setup fee on all new art is a $60(v).

The personalization fee is $4(v)

There is n/c for the 1st proof. Excessive revisions thereafter are $20(v). Proofs are sent in 2-3 business days from PO submission.
On all orders, payment is due at shipping.

Most items can be ordered RUSH if shipment is needed within 5 days of PO submission. Our customer service team can provide more detail and availability to help meet your need.  Rush fee is $100(v) and we will ship within 48 hours.
Repeat orders/Reorders
We welcome and appreciate repeat orders and a new setup fee is not required.
For reorder quantities less than 25 there is a run repeat fee of $20(v)
Minimum order amount
We do have a minimum order amount requirement of $25.
Art Requirements
Vector art in PDF, AI, EPS preferred. Art files for laser engraving must be in black and white.

International Shipments

Sample Policy 
Blank or random samples under $10(z) will be billed at n/c.
Blank or random samples over $10(z) will be billed at EQP.  S & H fees apply.

Changes to an order 
All order changes must be received via email or fax.
Verbal order changes will not be accepted or acted upon

Order Cancellation 
must be received in writing and will incur a $40 minimum charge .All costs incurred prior to order cancellation will be charged and the material is fee is 18%.

Damaged/Missing product shipments
Carefully inspect your order immediately to assure damage did not occur during shipment.  
Sender has to be notified by 15 days for damaged shipment claims to be addressed.
If damage occurs contact our customer service department immediately.    
Photos need to be taken upon arrival of exact packaging and condition.
Claims are not possible if any reshipment has occurred.
The FEDEX or UPS account charged for the shipping is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping courier.
PlaqueMakerPLUS cannot file a damage claim for a shipment not shipped on the PlaqueMaker PLUS shipper account. 
No shipments will be accepted without prior approval.
Blank product approved for return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Personalized product is not available for return

Over/Under Policy
Orders are subject to a 5% over run or under run of the ordered quantity.

All logos in our catalogs or on our websites are for display purposes only. No endorsement of products should be implied. Products and logos shown on website or in any printed material appear solely to illustrate the basic products and decorating options and are not intended to suggest that they were designed by PMP and they are not available for sale.

Imprint and color variations 
may occur from the website to final product due to lighting and angle of photography.
Product variations   
We reserve the right to change sizes, colors, materials, price or other specifications on standard products without notice.

We will gladly replace any reasonable defects in any PlaqueMaker PLUS product. Variations of size, color, and/or pattern are characteristic of art quality in handmade awards and are not considered defects.
