How do you ship?

We ship with FEDEX-unless otherwise requested. FOB Indiana-46220. We will prepay and bill freight with a small handling charge.

What is your turnaround?

Stock items can be shipped within 1 business day.  Custom pieces require 2-5 business days. Please contact us for rush service.

What about a cancelled order?

Cancelled orders will be billed for all labor and material costs incurred. A credit for any re-stockable items will be issued with a 25% restocking charge applied. If an order is custom made and approved by the customer there will be no refund. In case of mispelling words or anyother mistake on our side we will replace the product at no cost to our customer. If the mistake is made by the customer there will be another charge.

Can I order a sample?

Yes. They are billed at the one quantity price plus set up. When it results in an order, the cost difference will be credited.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept American Express, Mastercard and Visa.

How do I send my artwork?

1. You can upload your artwork right on your product order form as you submit your order. See order forms for Artwork upload section.

For the Best Print Quality:
We prefer PDF for Document ART
and 300 DPI for JPG, TIF, BMP, EPS, PSD formats for BitART.

What is Optical Crystal?

Optical Crystal is 100% Lead Free and extremely hard. It is this hardness that
provides the basis for the brilliant cuts and bevels, as well as the ultra high polished
surfaces. Each piece of Optic Crystal is hand polished and beveled. Optical /Optic Crystal,
as clear and as flawless as used in binoculars and camera lenses, represents
the ultimate expression of excellence. Optical Crystal is manufactured in large
sheets up to 3" thick, and while still molten, is subjected to tremendous pressure
to ensure no bubbles, flow lines or other distortions. What an ideal way to
recognize achievement and express appreciation.
